Prioritize YOU: Treat Yourself

I don't necessarily mean go crazy spending ALL of your money. Treating yourself could be something as simple as taking a hot bath, cuddling up with a good book, or watching that movie you've been wanting to see. You spend so much of your day worrying about others and trying to people please, that you can easily forget to prioritize your own wants and needs.

Remember, the better your mental health is, the more of a positive impact you will have on people around you.

Ways to Treat Yourself:

DIY facemask

Spend time with a friend

Video chat with a long distance relative/friend

Learn a new dance


Practice Yoga

Create abstract art

Go for a walk

Go for a bike ride

Try a new food

Go on a date

Go Swimming

Tie Dye something

Make a smoothie

Go to bed early

Sleep in
